1. Select a Product
Select an iCare product for your loved one. |

2. Find your loved one
Click on the ‘Find an Inmate’ button and enter the first name, last name or inmate number. Click the search button. |

3. Select & Add
Once you have found your loved one click the ‘Select & Add’ button next to their name.

4. Select Quantity and Message
The inmate’s name will appear on the screen. Select the quantity & gift message you would like to send(if available at your facility). Add to cart and proceed to checkout. |

5. Login
Enter your login credentials. If you do not already have a login select ‘Create an Account’ and enter your information or checkout as a guest.

6. Submit Your Order
Once you have reviewed the Terms & Conditions & verified all the information is correct hit the submit button. |

7. Order Confirmation
You will be directed to an order confirmation screen with your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email. Check the status of your iCare order anytime by clicking on the link in the confirmation email or on the order status section of the website.

8. Order Delivered
You will receive a email when your iCare order has been delivered. A facility has up to 30 days to deliver your order. |
